What exactly do you mean? Or what do you want to do with it? Do you intent to host peoples websites there and become a host yourself? If this is what you want then I may be able to help. I know just a site that lets you resell hosting services without any initial investment, set up fees, or monthly costs. It gives you a private label status too. Which means no one will know whom your parent host is, if you dont tell them yourself.
The site has not yet launched to the public though so I cannot post a link here. I only know of this site because I know the C.E.O of the company personally. If this is what you want them you can send me a private message so I can give you the link.

Well why not post link so we could see what this site or host has to offer and not to be in some kind of fraud. I mean one way or the other if it is online many people could find and discover it by chance so it is in fact public already. And if you post link then we could see about experience trap17 members have on this site and so on. Which might be really helpful.

Is it for webdesign of for gaming server?
There is a simple solution if you want a Free Virtual Network, you can always use Hamachi. Free version supports up to 16 players. You can also buy it, and then support 256 players.
All other people also need to have Hamachi installed in order to join your Private network. Check out hamachi website, and forums for help, and Wikipedia for information about hamachi and virtual network.
If you don't want to learn all that fancy-schmancy server setting you can use hamachi instead.
For personal server for hosting websites, try googleing apache server. Also there are tutorials on trap17 forums for setting up Apache server enviroment.

Please state what kind of online private server you want. File server? Game server? Web Server? etc...
If you could be more specific you might get the help that you want.

Like I said, I know the CEO personally and this is a legitimate site. The only reason I didnt want to post the link here was because he had informed me that he is still polishing a few things on the site. I would have posted it here eventually but if you insist, the name of the site is Resell Fortune.
As you can see, there is really nothing to hide and the site can do with a lot of publicity. Its good for their business and Im sure they will be looking for a lot of it when they are quite ready.
Please consider that service, too. Since the Computinghost services effectively "pay" for the Trap17 Free Web Hosting and this Forum, it would be a good thing to do.
And announcing a competitive service on these Forums is impolite.

I need everything on conqueronline me and my friends want to make a private server and it seems I have to do it. Please help me out here ...
I need so many things like server files and stuff everything ( I checked 1 million forums and asked around seems all the server files are deleted.. There is no good link .. Only for backups .. But I already have a million of them.. If the server files works with Pgadmin it would be great cuz I got Mysql but I'm not a big fan of it its one of the hardest thing I ever had to use.. for anyone wanting to know how to make a Ragnarok Online Private server i will be making an UP-TO-DATE Tut. With new links New Versions and everything so look for it ;D in the MMO's Section 
You can make your own server and host a website at your home if you have a high speed- alwayson-internet connection, a Web Server software(like Apache), and design language(like php) and a static IP, which you can buy from your ISP by paying shelling out some extra bucks. But, do this only if you are going to host a small website, like a blog. Dont think about doing this if you are planning to use your Web Server to host other people`s websites too, because that would require more investment, high-end hardware and your computer will have to be on 24/7.
So, assuming that you are planning to host a website of our own, first thing that you have to do it, download and install a Web Server software like Apache. Apache is a free software which you can download from www.apache.org (I`m not sure about the website, try a google search and you`ll find the correct link). A website designing software like PHP which is also an open source free software( again, I am not sure about the link, try a google search). And when you download Apache and PHP, make sure that you download the latest version, right now, I guess the latest version would be Apache 2.x.x and PHP 5.x.x (where 'x' would be some digits). Now, create the page that you want public to view and put it anywhere in your computer and congfigure that Web Server file in such a way that if somebody requests your website, your computer will display the one which you created. Get a static IP from your ISP and register your domain name through a Registrar approved by ICANN, make the necessary changes in the webserver configuration file and there you go.
This is not an expert opinion, so before trying to do it, please get help from a proffessional.

1. Hosting on your own computer (if you can do this, your pc needs to be online 24 hours 7 days a week, and if this is what you want, then it may mean you don't need Trap17.com hosting service)
2. Password-protected server that is only accessible to certain computers or network
3. Dedicated server (not shared hosting)

Hamachi pretty much allows you to play LAN games online, which sounds weird but it does. If you don't know, LAN is pretty much when computers are connected together and this allows them to play with each other with no internet lag at all. This is because the connections are directly next to each other and not across the world.

example: google maple story private server . It'll give you a good idea for what it is... You can make leveling up faster and gold easier to get. Obviously he wants to do this with Champions online? please be more specific about which game . I have been looking for a private server as well for this game . This way I don't have to pay monthly fees . I am doing this with world of warcraft and maple story .
