i know vb , IPB , PHPnuke, Postnuke, phpbb , Xoops, mambo , wordpress

- An all around goo script / CMS... the best CMS I used.

Boastmachine blog (all fit the xhtml 1.1,and css2.0)
Punbb forum (fit the xhtml 1.0 strict and css)
IPB1.3final,the free version all i knew the best quick,(open the Gzip out)
i haven't find any good portal or cms.
