OK, i had this (damn annoying) thing on my computer (laptop) that tried to send an e-mail with probably a keylog file to some dude (hchooligan@wanadoo.nl if you wanna crack him) but norton stopped it every time, but i wanted to get rid of the program that sent it....
i tried:
spybot search and destroy
ad aware
microsoft anitspyware
norton full scan
mcaffee full scan
hijackthis (removed exactly what some guy told me to at another forum)
and all these programs..... couldn't find a thing!

now i tried another i found somewhere, and it found 14 threats on the C:/ drive, and 8 on the D:/ drive! and it included the one that was annoying me the most (and probably the most dangerous of them!)
so i wanna share this program with all of you guys reading this, because it's obvious that it beats ad-aware and spybot!

you download it, create an account for it (real easy, you can do that in 2 minutes) and start a scan to find all those keyloggers, and probably more spyware, and remove them all, and that...... for free!

yea i have found that alot of programs are necessary to fully clean your computer of all spyware. all the programs wether they are full version or not cannot seem to find everything, as well most people have a song downloader these days such as :kazaa or limewire which have threats found but are necessary for the program to run. i havent found a program yet that 'does it all' but i will try this 1, thanks for the link

It is very handy having alot of different proghrams to do it, bit they do tend to slow your pc down alot...

when about 5 programs don't find anything, thisone found me 22 threats total it does make a difference, microsoft spyware is a new program, and i'm using 'beta1', you can find it here (http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx)

now i'm sure it removed the keylogger, and that was by a-square, it didn't try to send any e-mails anymore! microsoft antispyware found some things before i used the a-square too.
the good thing about the microsoft thing is, that it knows all about some stuff that connect to the internet, including windows messenger, msn messenger, and browsers, it shows them, but puts them at 'ignore' in the list.
