Whats your fav gun? Mines m4 but i think the ak is better since its easier to shoot on target from range. eg from long A down to A. I think most will like the ak then the m4 and a couple the deagle? what you think to that? m4 is a good "allrounder" if you ask me. its doesnt take tons of experience and doesnt spray as much as the ak but the ak is more acturate.

ps. i have seen the topic further down the page but thats a topic not a poll

My favorite rifle is also the m4. I think that its more accurate than the ak47 even at distance. I also believe that its more powerful. Also it has a silencer, so that a plus. But its darn expensive, and if you're on a bad team, you can't even afford it. But the ak47 looks more vintage and cool. You can get sick and tired of hearing the m4 pump bullets out of the siilencer after a while, so i usally switch between the ak and the m4

for the beginger player of cs,mp5 and m4 is more easy to use than ak.
i remembered that on cs 1.0 version the ak47 is the most powerful gun on the cs,even awp is not the competitor of it.but after 1.3version,the ak47 getting more hard to control,the shooting points and the track getting crazy.
a really good player on cs would not mentioned what gun they use.they got the details of every gun.
when i'm sad i like use the b51..it' had 100 shots one time.
when i'm in the battle of competion or a match,i always chose ak47 and m4 or awp,no choice for win. :P

I like the mp5 and the CT pistol although it's risky for me to use the latter because my hands are to shaky and I often press the right mouse button, which means I it will put on the silencer, while I am shooting the CT pistol.

I never learned to use the AK effectively. I didn't get the hang of it.

Hands down, I would say that the m4 is the best weapon in the game for a couple reasons:
1. Good fire rate
2. Good accuracy and controllable spray
3. Not too expensive
4. Has a silencer
5. Looks pretty sweet
However there are a couple things that the ak is better in:
1. First shot from ak is usually right on the spot, but with m4, there is a little more deviation.
2. Costs even less than m4
Problems with ak that make it bad
1. Spraying = 0 hits, even if u are 2 feet away from their chest, I've done this...many many times. I wonder how the bullet can possibly miss from point blank...maybe the bullets shoot out of the side of the gun¿
Even if you aren't spraying, the recoil is still much harder to control on the ak than the m4.
2. Make really loud noise - very bad for when you are alone against a whole team

Ah, my game :D Ok, ppl, here is someone who knows what is he talking about, but it is difficuilt since english is not my main language :P Anyway, I came on this forum cuz I wanna make site for my CS clan.

First of all, why there's no AWP in vote ? Since 1.6 came out it was deffinetly best weapon... but when 1.6 came out, no more quick zoom... so it is more balanced now.
I voted for Ak-47 cuz it has stronger bullet then m4 and it has more bullets then Desert Eagle :P
@bddoan12 : U said it has horrible spraying ... hehe, u just don't know where to aim when u are spraying :D Never, but never aim haid when u are spraying with Ak-47. If u are really close aim to stomach or a little bit higher, if there's biger distance, aim legs, or even in the floor and one bullet will go to his head... Try spraying on the wall with m4 and ak-47 and u will see how bullets are hiting it and u will see how u should shout with them... if we could play together I would show it to u.

Anyway, as i said before, I am making site for my CS clan, so feel free to PM me and we can arrange some meeting on NET if u have clan too. We play only 1.6, Source is not CS !

Anyway on the xbox version (which sucks) the best wepon is the Machine gun because the bots dont know how to handle it. It also helps in a fire fight against them as they like to move around in groups. :P

The AUG is my thing. I like the fact thaqt it has a scope somewhat, but still also has the automatic fire, which I obvisiously control. Still, I do like the m4 too

Deagle is accurate? I think it's the most inaccurate thing, in the whole game, especially on long-ranged shots.

My favorite is either the AU-300 (bullpup) or the terrorise equivilent. I do also like the M4, and the AK, vut I strive for thge accuracy you can get with a scope. For pistols, the deagle would definately be my favorite.

I think the M4 because it is

CSS is counter strike lol and u better like it cause its the last cs to be made there jus going to keep updating css. But anyway i voted other cause i think the best gun in cs is the pump shotgun and my reasons are that u dont lose any aim while u shoot. This meaning u can run and gun witch is my fav thing 2 do. But the downfall of the pump is u run pretty slow so u better kill fast and i own wit the pump i can get 1 kill headshots wit pump from ramp to bomb site at long a jus cause i dont lose any aim. So if u have yet 2 find this gun good take a second look.

the Ak is obviously the best there...I saw the M4 was top but the M4 is terrible, only noobs who can deal with a real recoil use M4

the Ak is top it has best shot and has best firing, if you use M4 then dont even bother playing CS cos the M4 was bad in 1.6 and its still bad in Source, the M4 is nearly as bad as a AWP, it is something that should not be used any where if it can be helped...P90 would be more usefull to you or what ever its called in source but I donjt really play source its pants!

I voted for AK47 because it's my favorite when I was playing Counter-Strike...

It's fast and it's accuracy is very good... It's definatly one of my famous weapons ;)

Get a famas, and put it into burst. Get a glock .20 and put that into burst also. Get body armor, and a flash grenade. Put the flash in first, charge in with the famas aiming around the neck area and unload. Once your done with that pull out the glock and repeat.

Though the most fun i ever had was with the semi-auto shot gun, because you can piss off so many people with it. But when it comes to pissing off noobs, rush with an awp. Spend just barely enough time to get into scope and shoot. Really effective in office when their not paying attention.

how can you guys no know that m4 is the best gun :-) ..I own with awp but i dont want to vote that ;) the famas is so glitchy has anyone ever noticed that?

The mp5 is definitely the best all around gun. Except in sniping maps like rats, it can beat almost all other guns if the player can skillyfully get in close enough. The circle-strafe and plain strafing make it unbelievable because unlike rilfes, you don't lose any accuracy when strafing with the mp5 (and other machine guns) and the mp5 is highly accurate in mid to short range. Pop two HS into a CT/T using the m4/ak while strafing and you rarely have to worry about being hit for more than 25 HP. Although sometimes they get lucky or have amazing anti-strafe shooting as I like to call it. Some people just know how to get a 2-burst HS against someone running side to side. I know I can't aim that fast...

But the m4 is still my best gun

My favourite gun in CS is definetly the "Dual Elites". I love these guns because they are great in close combat, they have a large fire-ratio, and if you shoot in the exact right ratio, they hit everytime and it's easy to headshot with them. But using these guns need training; I now manage/play in a new CS-clan and I train them every week on the art of hitting the head everytime.

My other favourite gun is the scout, because it is the most accurent when you shoot without scope, and you can run and take HS almost everytime. This gun too requires training, because knowing where the aim is when the scope is down is also an art.

I like the M4(Maverick?) best. I don't know why. It would stand between AK47 and M4 as those are the standard guns, but I just like the feeling of the M4. It is a mental thing for me. I shoot good with the M4 as it gives me a good feeling. It is hard to describe.

All I need is the AWP and a Deagle and I am set for life. There's nothing better then taking out half the T's on an awp killing rampage. If the AWP is restricted, I usually go with the AK-47 since it is so accurate and powerful with the constant headshots I get.

I play with 15 sensitivity so I can usually also do quick kills and onto the next enemy before they begin shooting me.

I like the Bullpup, good rate of fire, good accuracy and good damage. nothing beats the bullpup. The AWP isn't that good, I'd prefer the schmidt scout since its way lighter, even lighter than the knife

Bullpup is good for standard game
m4 is best for deathmatch (ak works equally as well)
deagle or usp for pistols
