I would like to place a shoutbox on my site (not a forum such as phpBB2 or Invison), but before choosing one, i would like to consult your experience! -_-

I use ShoutBoxes (ShoutBoxes.com)

I have only noticed it go down about one a month, while they do stuff, no longer than an hour.

EDIT: just looked at the site you posted! Almost Exact same layout, hm.....
maybe its a 'shoutbox hosting script' -_- *googles*

yeah,it looks nice and used to be convenient to guest and member who shot often quickly.but i do not know if there is a shot box support chinese or maybe i can install an english on and translate it into chinese by my self. -_-

There has been so many topics about shoutbox's ... you can just easily convert a simple guestbook into a shoutbox..it's really really easy!.
It's better to have a shoutbox hosted on your own site because it's easier to maintain etc.. and you can change the total look.. if you get me?
You may be able to change css and colours of the websites hosting free shoutboxes but it's a lot easer if you upload your own.

Why don't you use TagIt! Tagboard? You can call it up on any page using iframe tags. It's really easy to install and if I'm not mistaken I think you can autoinstall that with Fantastico, either that or it's a preinstalled script already.

Why dont you create your own? Using PHP and MySQL, or just flat-line....

I got the second version from zymic, put it says error: can't open or find (don't remember which)file.

And I don't make make own because I'm not really that good with scripting.

Shoutboxes are very cool I use them for my site,Forums Gaming sites(rm2k/3 crap) other than that its just another forum of instant messenging.

I just downloaded that zync thingy and its one of the greatest shoutboxes i have ever seen I approve it.

Try this http://ksoftware.sourceforge.net i hope that you like it. It has a wonderful admin area... still there's a little ajustment that i have ajusted, but haven't uploaded it in source forge... anyways, just PM me about the password to my current admin area, if you really wanna test it first before downloading it.
