How about we have a competition where everyone shows off their website, and month or so, everyone votes on which website they think is best. THe reward to the person who has the best website could be somehting like more bandiwdth and more storage, because their website is cool we would want to promote it.

How about it guys?

I would love to have such a competition. Just winning it is nice, allthough some reward would also be nice. :)

You wouldn't get a domain. It costs money, and this is a free hoster.

More space OR perhaps more FTP accounts :)

Why not? Whizz won a domain at the old site. But as I said, why is an award needed? Just win a competition is more than enough. :)

Doamin could be possible.

As you can see in these forums there are many awesome websites being produced. THe fact that someeone would win out of all these websites means their site mus tbe awesome and possibly get many hits. By giving them more space and/or bandwidth, we promote his awesome site. Also a reward for runner ups should be given too because I would guess it would be a very tight competition.

What about WORST WEBSITE !!!

definitely would win the worst website if i entered

in response to the competition the skyglow 1 suggested that would

be awesome definitely would put a good inspirtation for those webmasters

about the prize i agree with bondings to win a competition like these

would be an award enough.

imagine your site being recommended by F.N.H that is one good PRIZE !!!

Good day Good health & God bless

Perhaps the reward could be somthing like a link to the winning site on the main navigation menu of FNH for a month. That would certainly be a good reward for winning, since it would probably bring more traffic to the site and wouldn't cost anything at all.

i know most sites r in english...

that's why i said:

for users like me

So, the content category would rule out non-english sites.. that's what i was trying to say anyway

No moderator has decided to talk in this discussion, but if it is a competition for simply just recognition, and not some award like more bandwidth, I could set up some polls for people to vote on websites. However I need a moderator to tell me if I can do this.

We need to decide on what to vote on, and when to vote, and how we are going to do it. I think maybe 133tg33k's idea of splitting it into different catogories is good, and we have 1 big overall category for overall best website. Also maybe the worst website would be nice too. I think the overall best website should get a prize as there is serious competition between FNH websites.

THanks for replying guys, lets try and get this thing going.

Do we have any dates planned for these competitions?

Maybe we should go ahead as members and do it,

What about the judges panel?
