Because i could not get into the restricted area for help, i came here

i tried uploading with ftp using the ip i was given, but it keeps saying that it is not set up for ftp or something please help,

Im using Web Publishing Wizard

use ftp.yoursite.com and then try connecting.
The cpanel and FTP passwords are the same.
