I need it because i think it is easy to edit my pages. And with login, for admin. Pls, help me!

it uses east publisher for php, HTML, css, vbs recommended etc

Neither of you read his question very well. He's asking for an online script which will allow him to create pages.

As forthe question, you're looking for a light cms. Go top http://opensourcecms.com and browse through the 'CMS-lite' section (on the left). DL one, uplaod it to your server, configure it, set it up, and run it, and it should do what you're looking for.

You can edit HTML scripting pages through Dreamviewer software. It is available on the internet for free. So download it and edit your HTML script files through this Dreamviewer editor.
