hey i find that this web is not a good example i suggest not putting many many ads like that cooz it make the visitor feel this is just for making money ...... and the visitors feel like that then you will get nothing from the visitor ...

Woah, taht site is really bloated with ads. They have a okay amount of content. I'd have to agree with vstxyghosts when he says that not a very good example.
