Hi,
A guy in my city is selling a second hand laptop. I am interested in buying one but i do not know how much money should i offer to have a good deal.
The laptop is:
Laptop Acer Aspire 1406LC

* Pentium 4, 2,5Ghz
* 768MB DDR-SDRAM
* 30GB HDD
* DVD/CD-RW Device
* 3,5" Floppy
* 15" TFT Display
* Graphic Card ATI Mobility M6
* S-VHS Exit
* 10/100 Mb LAN
* 2 x PCMCIA

Also with Battery and power supply. The 56K modem is broken.

alot depends on what the market demand is where you are. You're in Spain, right?
so definitely it would command a higher price than in the states, for example.
Acer isn't one of the higher priced laptops, and devalues pretty fast. it's a wild guess, but i would say around 600-700 euro. depending on how much secondhand laptops are in demand there, it could be less or more.

I am spanish but i am living in Austria. But i think the computer prices are pretty much the same in both places. I really do not know how much are the second hand computers here.

this is a long shot, but you wouldn't happen to have a friend visiting the states?
because for that price you can get a brand new one there.
i just bought one for someone, for $750. ---i knew someone who was visiting for a couple weeks, and they picked it up.
these were the specs:

well first of all you should tell us how old it is.
2nd throw in a few extra things.
3rd for that id give about $800 australian dollars but if you convirt that to ur currencyyou should get a price
