I just created my own website, its www.comaid.trap17.com my purpose here is to provide helpful tips to all my friends and other new in IT.

I want to put shoutbox on it but honestly don't how to create eh... my friend told me that I can download it from the net, but found nothing...

Is there anybody there can help me how to create or put shoutbox in my website... I am not expert in internet programming eh... that is why I posted my topic here to ask for assistant to those generous users and members of trap17...

Go to this page: http://www.hotscripts.com, go to the php section and find shoutbox, there are tons of them, upload following the intructions and use

I'm surprised... I just googled and found quite a few of them...

All of them look decent, and are also free.

You can always take a quick tutorial in php and write it yourself if you feel so inclined

Depending on the scripting you are using in your site, I think that you should consider going to www.invisionize.com to look for a shoutbox. That will be if you are using Invision Power Board.

If you want to save space and have the shoutbox hosted elsewhere, I sugges www.shoutmix.com. It's a pretty decent looking shoutbox with alot of features. (including the amount of users, ip banning, and etc.) If you pay you get even more, I believe.

Do I need to copy the whole script or the code? I just want it to be part of my main page, maybe what I am looking for is the source code only and put it in my page.

ShoutboxShout Box In My Website

Why don't you just use a free service shoutboc ot chatbox.Its easy toUse, Just copy paste the html code. There are plenty around like http://www.Sbox.Ws which provides a total free but a reliable service.
