I really only speak english. I know some Italian because I take it in school. My Italian teacher wasn't even fluent in Italian, and was probably one of the stupidest people I ever met, so that didn't really help me much :P.

Well your english isn't really up to par to start with :P
  • I speak dutch as my "mother-tongue".
  • Belgian IS dutch (but with a heavy accent and some different words thrown in)
  • I speak a moderate amount of german (what we call FlausKesselDeutsch, simply translating the words you don't know from dutch into "german-sounding" words)
  • English works quite well for me.
  • I hate the french (doesn't everybody?) so I can understand them a bit but I'm not making any effort to speak it.
  • I speak sranantongo, the native Surinamese language
  • Just a little bit of Javanese, a dialect of Indonesian spoken on the island Java and among their descendants in Suriname.
  • I took spanish for a year in school but most of that has thankfully vanished from my memory.
