I highly doubt that China would start a war with the US

1. I believe that even the Chinese military is not stupid enough to start a potentially world-dooming nuclear war
2. The US is one of the largest crutches keeping up the Chinese economy (China should be scared that we would cut off trade with them)
3. They must have enough sense to know the US is still stronger than the Chinese Military (not in numbers but in weapons)

Nuclear War Scenarios

2013-Peak oil induced diesel shortage prevents fresh water being pumped to the southwestern US. Race war erupts over the water supplies. Mexico invades to recover territory lost in the Mexican-American War.
Pakistan launches jihad against India, the Pan Islamic Alliance launches jihad against Isreal. Great European Nationalist Revolt erupts.
Late 2013 (the Winter War). Vicious Pan Caucasian Nationalist Empire crushes its enemies in the West, Latin America glassed. Indian counter offensive devastates Pakistan, who retaliates with nuclear weapons. India and Pakistan are devistated and promptly invaded by the Sino-Asian Bloc (formed after China and NK conquer Japan, SK and Taiwan). The SAB invade South-East Asia in revenge for the treatment of there Chinese minorities.
Isreal nukes the Arab capitals and Iran, Iran nukes Isreal. Muslim invasion of Isreal meets feirce resistance.
2014-Holy Race War Over Food and Oil.
All sides institute eugenics programs while still suffering the Great Malthusian Famine. Carribean conqured by the Western Empire.
China exterminate everyone in SE ASia before invading the Middle East through India. Full mobilization commences for the upcomming Chinese invasion of Russia.
2015-Racist Invasions
The Middle East is destroyed by the Sino-Asian Empire. The West and East go to war.
West launches the Kinetic Kill Orbital Bombardment Platform, which fires missiles at 40,000km-per-second (relativistic missile or are-Bomb).
Handheld laser weapons introduced.
Late 2015-Early 2016-China attacks Russia's nuclear arsenal and orders its fifth column infiltration units to attack crucial infrastructure and communications. China invades Russia and pushes westwards.
2016-2020-Four-Years of Genocidal Ethnic/Race War over Food, Water and Oil.
China and its allies slowly conquer Eurasia and Africa. An invasion forces crosses an iced up Baring Strait and attack Alaska.
Tactical nukes used but the western military still holds faith in its technologically advanced weaponry, which racks up enormous casualties. Russia is destroyed.
Laser guns start replacing ballistic guns. Laser sword renders martial arts techniques obsolete (short-range combat only). Are-bombs unleashed against Chinese fleets and troop concentrations.
2020-The End of The World (as we know it)
In retaliation for massive ethnic cleansing in the territories China had seized, the West unleashes Operation Reverse-Racism. The massive nuclear bombardment of China and its allies with 30,000 nuclear warheads. China's retalitory strikes obliterate the US west coast and several Pacific Islands (fleet bases). China and its allies are glassed.
2021-The War ends
Nuclear winter for five years, continuing famine and the decline of the world's population.
2050-
The population of the Earth stabalises at 800,000,000

Sir, I'm afraid you have no clue what you're talking about. China does not release sensitive detail regarding military operations, sides I'm sure they have a lot more than that probably in the hundreds somewhere.

There were never any wmd in Iraq only biological weapons that were supplied courtesy of America. What do you mean 'except for conspiracy theorists'

I don't think there will be a WWIII, governments in this world run for the interests of big businesses. I don't see why they would like the blow up the world they live in. But if there were, I'd say America will start it with another stupid war for money that goes too far.

To me,the idea of a nuclear war is obviously a scary scenario.
The real scary thing is one happening by accident, or a terrorrist
group simulating an attack from a major power, thus triggering
an all out nuclear war.
This idea of u.s mini nuclear weapons is weird too. How can
they be held to just destroying a bunker? There is radiation from them
that can travel via wind currents and such.

There will be no winners in the next nuclear war - the only nuclear weapon used was meant to end World War II and the USA remenbered the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Why do developing countries want to have nuclear weapons?  Easy, they want to threaten their neighbors and gain consessions.  The old story of world domination.

North Korea?  Their leaders have no idea what the truth is and continue to starve the people they govern in order to "threaten their neighbors" and preserve that parnoid government.

The USA has no mandate to save the world - in other words, you are on your own, deal with that.
