its the warning if u break the rules or get in trouble or sumthing like that, a moderator or admin can put ur warning level up and when it reaches 100% u get banned from the forum for a certain ammount of time depending on what the admin has set (time wise) hope that helps

Yeah.....Where did the so called "warn" go anyways ??
I guess it went away because it was lonely because every one got 0% eh ?
