$1 Million in Google AdSense Earnings

Yes, it is true. Jason Calacanis recently revealed in his blog that he is on track to earn a million dollars from AdSense over the year ahead.

Calacanis runs Weblogs Inc., a network dedicated to creating trade weblogs across niche industries. And he’s quickly proven that AdSense is a credible advertising partner.

As their network has grown, so has their AdSense revenue. In January 2005 they earned an average of $580 per day. In March it was $737. In May it was $1,585. One day in July, just before he made the blog entry referred to above, they earned $2,335. Remember that is just for one day. If they can take that daily average to $2,740 they’ll be earning a rate of $1 million for a year. And Calacanis predicts that reaching daily earnings of $3,000 or even $5,000 is quite achievable.

That’s quite an achievement. Keep in mind that Calacanis has 103 bloggers on the payroll and nine staffers. Even so, many webmasters would give an arm or a leg to have even a third of that.

Google’s AdSense has been revolutionary. It has become firmly established as the darling of the online advertising industry. Although rumors are heard of major competitors launching a similar service, AdSense’s premier position seems secure for now.

In essence, AdSense has made it possible for almost anyone with a web site or blog to earn some revenue from advertising, without having to employ sales people or spend precious time searching for advertisers.

AdSense works like this. Webmasters sign up for an account in just a few minutes. They receive a small snippet of code to include on their web pages. Google will then automatically serve advertisements that are relevant to the content on the webmaster's pages. When someone visits the webmaster's site and clicks on one of Google's AdSense advertisements, the webmaster earns a fee. Advertisers can pay anywhere from five cents to a hundred dollars per click, and the webmaster receives a percentage of that fee.

Oh my GOD! 1 million $ through google ad-sense only.
See if Google is giving away this much money for just the clicks then imagine what google will be getting in this.....10 million $??? and that too just for small text ads.....well can someone tell me what kind of content you would like to read because then I'll posting the same kind of content on my blog as well....and then will get $$$$ ching chang

AND it is a true fact. The owner of the WIN, has definetly well planned every aspect of his business. He runs whole network of blogs. So there is more and more content every day for him.
And this content results in quality hits on his Google Adsense.
Anyways, I had no intentions to copy that. But to represent the expertise of Calacanis [The high profit business owner] I had to put some content not originated by me.

But the point is without this post nobody in this forum could even realise the true potential of Google Adsense.

So, Keep the Good faith in Google and in Me ;-)

Wait i just had a thought- which is hard to believe, but if google are only doing this for the clicks and getting millions of dollas then.. what if it goes up to about 10 million $?

Wow I guess that advertising does help offset the costs of large popular websites. Most people who I know that use Adsence made about $3.00 per month. By my math thats $999997 less. I sure hope Trap17 one day reaches that record with their advertising.

Actually Google has paid $360 million to the Adsense Publishers last year. And this year it is going to be much higher.
Google Adsense depends mainly on the Google Adword Program, And Google is working really hard to get as many as Googd Clients as possible. Remember, for google the quality matters.

And for Trap17, In my opinion the Ads being shown here are related to very less priced Keywords. This means for every click Trap17 gets less money. And the also the number of clicks also matters.

If you don't mind what is the actual amount Trap17 got from Google Adsense program. This will help us understand the potential og Google Adsense a little bit more.

thats an amazing amount of money to earn from AdSense i wish i could even earn just 1% of that a year, but you'd need a very high amount of traffic whioch would mean that you would have to pay quite a lot of money for your hosting but it would be worth it.

Amazing earnings!!. I guess the blogs quality is really great and he attracts a lot of traffic to his site.
I will go to adsense to see if at least i can pay my new hosting something around 30$ a month. I will be happy with that. Do you know if it is possible to add google adsense to a blog created with blogger which is hosted by you?

Im sure they have had to work hard for it, its not like they just whipped up a site, put ads on and let the cash roll in, it takes time and effort. Alas, it is still quite an acheivement.
