so many people love SSBM. people buy the GCN just for this game! here we shall discuss random stuff about it's greatness!

my best characters:(ordered)
1.Falco
2.Luigi
3.Peach

this game in my opinion is the best fighting game ever. it takes skill and a noob cant just walk up and button mash and win against an advanced player like in other fighting games. even the cheepest tactics can be countered by a skilled player.

according to many tiers(best character lists) there are the top characters:
1.Sheik(not zelda)
2. Fox
3. Marth

why marth? why fox? i dunno i didnt make it up...

The characters i'm best with are: Link, Shiek, Fox, Marth, Pikachu, Mario, Dr. Mario, Capt. Falcon. So far, i've beaten everyone that has fought me. Sometimes people double-team me, cause it's the only way to win, sometimes. But, that sometimes doesnt help. Good practice, though.

This game is awesome-

My best chars:

1. Samus (she rules)
2. Falco (speed, just not as much power)
3. Mr Game and Watch (super moves.. sho nuff)
4. Mewtwo (Samus-alike, just with more variety, disable move is cool, i've got some nice combos)
5. Most everybody else, except Zelda/Sheik, I can't kill efficiently with her.

Together, my little sis and I have murdered every level of almost every difficulty (still haven't beat with everybody on 'Very Hard') We're working on All-Star with Zelda, Mr Game and Watch, and DK, on Very Hard mode..

Panda - Loves this game, and practically runs it.

OMG! I LOVE this game!! melee was the best because they have a whole lot of features like tournament mode, and the cool special batters XD

Great game-- I have both versions for Gamecube and N64--Highly recommended

I'm great with Shiek--bad with Zelda...Pretty good with Kirby.

I've loved this game since the moment my friend got his gamecube years ago. We used to sit up all night playing it while spamming the yahoo chats. I would get a Gamecube and Super Smash, but, I don't have any money. It's defintly worth it and is probably the best fighting game for Gamecube and possibly even around.

Super Smash brother is a great game. I have played it many times so I am a pro now. I usually stick to the basics and always use mario. I am the best with him. When I have him no one can beat me. Unless the Double up on me and I still can handle but when they really try to get me it can get hard but I will continue to go at it. Practice makes perfect. Soon I will be unstoppable

I think I played the first game a long time ago and I loved it. I haven't played this game yet but or maybe I have. I can't remember. If I did it looks like a fun game to play and I'll play as any character in there who hits the hardest and can't be beaten to easily.

this one of the best gamecube game if not the best. I cant really give a character becuase i have used all the chareacters and find i am pretty good with each one. But i just want to add that they should have really brought out a number 2 for gamecube. But i guess that wont happen know becuase of the new system coming out. But you never know.

lawlawlawl I use Shiek, Marth, Doc Mario, Game and Watch, and Bowser + Pikachu for fun. I'm an intermidiate player with somewhat knowledge. Can't wait for online Revolution. =]

Yeah, that game rocks, so far I am thre best I know at it.

OMG dude what up wit no love 4 fox, Fox owns I bet I could beat you all wit him, hes faster than Falco, the only real advantage falco has is that his gun does to more damage. But honestly speed kills and if you know how to shift all over the place FOX OWNS!!!

But Super Smash Owns and its gonna be sweet for the Wii I Hope; it will honestly be the only reason I buy a Wii, too bad its like coming out in February now.

But seriously Fox does own if you can learn how to dodge efficiently, I can go through a lot of ppl without really gettin touched and still landing some big hits: Plus Fox has great kill shots and Fire Fox owns :P.
