THE NOKIA 6630 PROMISES EVERYTHING..........

BUT GIVES NOTHING- AHHHH I Hate it. If my phone were a human, this would be its daily schedule:

Wake up
Go back to sleep
Wake up agaim
Talk to friends for about 4 minutes
fall asleep whilst taking
Wake up again, feeling refreshed and stand around for an hour
Send a message but then fall asleep at the postbox
Go in to a coma
Wake up.........

What I am trying to say it WHY DO NOKIA 6630 SMARTPHONES HAVE TO ALWAYS RESTART THEMSELVES (COMMON PROBLEM!)

And even worse!

I bought it second hand - And the warranty does not due to expire until 2006

SO WHY THE HECK DID THE PREVIOUS OWNER REMOVE THE SILVER nokia sticker, which if removed INVALIDATES THE WARRANTY

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Anyway people, dont buy it!

Mine works just fine it just has an annoying 'Home Screen' put on by Orange (my operator) and the fact it doesn't have an IR port is a bit annoying as we now have a TV in our house but it's remote doesn't work, and us being student we're too cheap to buy a new 1 so we can retune it and get more than 1 channel. Sorry to go off topic.
But yeah, I don't trust 2nd hand phones anymore unless it's from a friend you can trust, and is actually not his phone.
I bought a 6600 from ebay about a year ago and after a few months my sim couldn't 'register with the network' or whatever the problem was. The sim card was fine as it worked in other phones and after further testing I discovered my phone had been barred for some odd reason. I can only guess that the original owner barred it for some reason, maybe a cruel joke, or he stole it. But it did come with its box so I'm guessing it's the 1st one.
So the moral is don't buy 2nd hand phones.

I hate Nokia phones to begin with. In my honest opinion, if you want a really good Smartphone, go with the Motorola Mpx220. I really like it. It's got a lot of versatility, and it's easily upgradeable (I currently have the pocket pc version of Windows Media Player 10)

I used to love Nokia phones until they started to launch color screen ones. I liked the Nokia 8250 and 8310, those were small and stylish phones, although it's monophonic.

But now, I wouldn't recommend Nokia phones to people. I would instead recommend SonyEricsson phones. The new k750i is their latest i think and that phone really has almost everything. Where as for the Nokia N90 (i think) also has a 2.0MP camera but without a vibrator cause they are afraid that the vibration might crack the camera lens

I like Nokia's phones too, and I have the 3100, two 3510i, and one of the first phones of Nokia.

I bought my 6630 directly from nokia a year ago, the warranty is over but phone works just perfect never had any problems with it, also bought aditionaly Kingston RS-DV-MMC 256MB for about 30$ and Nokia Activity Headset HS-8 for about 15$

By using UltraMP3 and SmartMovie from http://www.LonelyCatGames.com I have a portable MP3/DVD player and by using ProfiMail, QuickOffice from http://www.QuickOffice.com, Acrobat Reader from http://www.Adobe.com, Opera from http://www.Opera.com and other similar software I have a PDA and besides by using all the best games from http://www.N-Gage.com or http://www.Vampent.com and similar sites I have a portable Gaming Console!

Ou, forgot to mention the 1.3MPix camera

OMG! I forgot to say that you can make a call with this thing

The phone is just perfect while waiting for Nokia N80 to be released!
