i have tried accessing the demo account with
the given login and password when i first came
here about a week ago and i managed to get in.
howerver, for the past couple of days, i tried
again exactly as before and now i cant seem to
get in. thinking that someone else was using the
account, i tried again different times, still no go.
could it be that someone changed the password
after getting in or maybe the account is disabled?

I had that same problem, too, when I tried accessing it yesterday. I'd say it's probably disabled. Since it's saying that I entered the wrong login. Yet, there is a possibility that it might be down, but I doubt it...(I'm probably wrong about this, but that's just my guess.)

As you may or may not be aware, root Admin had shifted the Trap 17 page over to a dedicated IP so that it would load faster.
That is why the demo account isn't working.
I will alert him of this problem and he will fix it(if he can)
EDIT:
root Admin said to go to 69.50.188.18/cpanel instead of www.trap17.com/cpanel to access any cpanel's through Trap 17 instead of your site.
