People write these free games in their free time, are they pathetic?
Some people play these games in their free time, are they pathetic?
How do you think all the games in the world came from huh, the software COMPANIES???
No It was the programmers who burned their retinas writing endless code so you can whittle your time away bashing buttons and being entertained, and these people let me tell you spent a whole lot of time programming games at home with friends before they ever got a job for the big companies, without free games and people to play them none of the big games would ever come into existence... And as far as the university educated programmers go, the ones who were "taught" as opposed to "learnt" programming, they're ****, the games are plastic and unplayable, the free games are the grass roots from where truly playable enjoyable games come from.

America's Army is a very good FPS and is pretty much hacker free they use punkbuster like battlefield and therefore are just as likely as battlefield(all versions) to have hackers and as we all know you'll pay $20+ for battlefield 1942, $30+ for battlefield 2, and $50ish for battlefield 2142..
