Just to let Buff and OpaQue know that I've been in positive credit amounts since I began here and I was at 2.?? something when my website was terminated. Seeing that maybe the script went wacko or the server burped or whatever, I gained a few more credits to put me above four. That was last night. Now I know the credit thingy will update hourly(?) so my site should've been unsuspended by atleast early this morning, yet that has not been the case. If you could just look into the situation I would be most pleased, and if this cased is solved both of you will be up for some Valentine love :(

Yesterday or the day before or whatever the servers were switched to a dual server as you might have known. I think that caused a couple glitches in some of the mods on the forum. Everything should be running fine now and faster than ever once the forum was changed to a new server.

Notice from BuffaloHELP:
Edited as reported.

My site has been suspended for a few days. I though maybe my credits were low, but when I increased them I was not reinstated. If I broke a rule please let me know.

cpanel - nacho

I would like to add my site to the list of sites that has been suspended. It is now at least two days. I knew my credit was very low at one stage, but when I increased it I was not reinstated. If I broke a rule please let me know.

cpanel - ocac

Thanks

Your site was restored as of now (the time of my post).

I'm not quite sure but the reanimation process might be damaged. But the more important matter is staying on top of your credits. :(

Remember that you have to maintain sufficient credits at all times. Your site will be unsuspended within 1 hour after you reach the default credit line (at 4 this time).

Please post in the same topic thread. Merged all loose topics and tied to one thread to ask and resolve all suspension issues.

Thank you.

Sent xisto Help Desk link to Dawiss and Heavensounds.
Both had credits (heavensounds, barely) but suspended accounts.

Check for these problems if your account is Suspended:

1.) Check credits on the Index Page
2.) Check to make certain the URL is correct (Caps Lock, spelling, typo's)
3.) Check another URL (ie:google.com) to confirm your ISP is up and running okay.
4.) Check that your warning level hasn't gone up. Some warnings include a suspension, so the account may be affected.
5.) Have you sent the Mods a present lately??? (just kidding).
6.) See if you can log-in to your cpanel using the correct password (sub_domain/trap17.com/cpanel)

After checking all those things, post your request for re-instatment here. An Admin or Moderator will be along shortly.

UPDATE:

A possible issue has been identified and isolated. The support staff for the forum server is currently working on the problem and would have it resolved very shortly. I'll leave this topic open for those who did not catch this issue on time.

Thanks for your patience guys. :(

My site (cpanel @ http://morosophos.trap17.com/cpanel) has been suspended for reasons unbeknownst to me. My hosting credits number between six and seven, and I haven't broken any rules of which I am aware. Is it possible that the site may have been removed accidentally by a script? :( If there is anything on my site that is against the regulations, please inform me and I can change it.

morosophos your account is/was restored. xereo your account is also restored.

Guys please include your URL and cpanel login name so we can track your status.

Remember. I'll say it again and again xereo, wait about 1 hour after reaching 4 credits or above AFTER brining yourself out of zero.
