I think there should be a section under Web Design where people can post the link of there website and others can post suggestions and comments on how their site can be improved.

try yahoo adliner google it i heard people tell you what they like and what they dont like warning some people are pretty rude

I think that is a good idea andyy15.

I'm sure that will be a really active section its just I'm sure people will abuse and post the links to porn or malaware site's :S.

It would be a very useful feature. the posts can be approved first by a moderator before they are displayed!

Indeed, and, my first impression of these boards is not the one of a 'lets go and post some trash'-forum and I'm sure other newcommers think the same and won't go spamming a board that they know is being looked after very carefully.
What africa said would do the trick for sure.
Maybe the amount of posts/amound of time can be limited in a certain way as well.
