so what is xiao xiao, well it is a very nice animation, made (i soppuse) by some chinese guys, you can visit the site at http://www.xiaoxiaomovie.com/ and see al the animations involved.
You can also played as xiao xiao in a game that is also added there...

I'm not sure if they are or not, your probably right. But I gotta say they must have spent a lot of time making them, when ever I make crappy flash movies, it takes me hours to produce anything even close to an animation. Not only that, but they have some games which probably required a ton of scripting knowledge, which is also pretty nifty.

Xiao Xiao, in Chinese, means "very small" / "very little". It's (supposedly) the main character in the series of movie.
I'm quite certain they're all made by Chinese
