That are not normal images but scripts or better yet dynamic images mostly done by asp (aspImage) but its also posible with php I have seen.
I think if you search with google @ dynamic images + php OR asp" you will find something you could use to make them yourself

The only thing to notice is that they're generated dynamically (but all it's done on server-side : you can save the image, it'll show exactly the same thing...)
The easiest way to do this is to use PHP and the GD library.
