Show your desktops here to give others inspiration how to set there desktop.
Since I guess also modemers (=<56k users) visit his forum I ask you all to make a small image, lets say 640x480 that you show here You always can set a link to the original big one if you wish <_<

A good place to upload your images is imageshack, its free and the maximum is 1mb a file.

Ok so this is my desktop at work. I know it looks crappy but, I wanna just show you how messy it can be when you start working real things, when they put deadlines on your neck... :) :D :D

Two 17" monitors running at 2560x1024.

I don't really like the whole "fancy smanshy" stuff for windows, I prefer the attitude more along the lines of "If it works well, use it."

it is 800x600, and it is old, snapshoted on Slackware 10, now I use Gentoo 2004.2 and most of time fluxbox, although I still like kde :)

yes it does. It's one of the famous "Venus de le Squished MSN" wallpapers (well, I dunno the real title, but I like to call it that way)

the "slackware" one is actually Mandrake since it has the Mandrake Star logo... are u even sure bout ur OS :(?

Freebsd 5.3.
- xorg 6.7.0
- fluxbox 0.9.10 (theme = BlueFlux)
- firefox 1.0
- xmms (theme = remake)

I just like fluxbox allot, its just a nice ans simple window-manager, and easy to configure :)

Safe mode is awesome dude. ^^ I am actually looking for a new desktop wallpapaer though I am thinking of switching to blackbox desktop systems

I havent realy done anything to my pc, Its brand new, It has two mons thats all...
Both mons are 1024x768, so I have a resolution of 2048x768 smile.gif
Its quite useful having two mons, I can be posting and chatting here while doing my homework or websites...

u got two monitors? (because the taskbar is usually 100% across the screen if u have only one monitor)

Maybe you should try SuSE or Yoper (both, safest bet) because SuSE is backed by Novell (which is a large international coperation) Yoper, I think is based on SuSE.

Creative and all those companies only support Windows and Macs.
