I do a work out (on my gym equipment) for an hour each day.
I eat a balanced diet of red meat, white meat, cereals (wheat-bix)
I eat some sugary food such as twix's..
I jog for about half an hour a day,
But the rest of the day im here sitting on the computer typing away, doing other stuff, homework etc and i really cant help to stop. ( No its not a serious problem, i can stop if i really have to ) I mean, other then that im at the computer on weekends for about 10 hours and on weekdays im there for about 4 hours, is what im doing okay?

Well, some people have to be like 8 or 9 hours a day sitting in front of the computer and then at night at home do it again for a while (or watch Tv that itīs not too different). Computer itīs not gonna kill you but you should do other things, outdoors, specially while you are still a student. Maybe in some years you wonīt be able to. You should worry more about your sight than your figure or physical health.

You're not real specific on what you eat - how processed/refined is what you eat, what proportions of protein, carbs, vege/fruit, fibre do you eat? What do you drink - water, juice, soda? What are the typical meals and snacks you eat every day?
The reason I ask this is because diet has a huge effect on your health. You could exercise 3 hours a day but still be unhealthy because of poor diet. Also what kind of exercise are you doing - low/medium/high/maximal impact? (maximal means exercising virtually to the point of collapse). And what kind of machine is it?

About your diet and fysical health you do sound healthy! But I don't think sitting behind the computer for such a long time will make you unhealthy orsomething. It DOES effect you social life ofcourse! So maybe if you think what you are doing is wrong somehow, maybe you should go out more and socialise? Keep you friends contacted? Only if you think Im kinda right ofcourse! If you just have a good social life just like you need, then everything is okay right! You do fysical actions and you eat good! It sounds like you are doing very good?

It doesn't necessary effect your social life in a negative way or anything. There is a thing called Msn messener, AIM, Yahoo messenger, and etc. That's where I mostly talk to my (offline) friends anyways.
I don't mean msn, than your back behind your pc again. thats the problem. \i mean you friends in reall life, if you dont come out the house, will they not feel left out? orsomething. \ Or you gotta have friends who like to be behind the pc all day too! thats a good solution

Hello. Maybe the healty it`s not what we do and eat. Maybe the most important to feel good in our skin. I make sport nearby every day, but in eating...hmm..usually I don`t eat very healthy foods, and I don`t eat enought, cause sometime all they I`m not hungry, but I can concider myself a healty people, because I`m never ill, I can eat anything, so...maybe thees are the most important things.
