Ok, I have a picture of a flushing toilet and I want to manipulate the color of the water so that it's yellowish (like urine). I only want to change the water, keep everything else the same; would that be possible and how do I get it done?
I've played with the software, but basically know very little about PS functions.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Bexa, you're looking for Quick Mask, which is Ctrl+Q.
You could also Magic wand the part of the water, then Edit > Copy, Layer > New Layer, Edit > Paste.
Then do the quick mask, saturation (CTRL+U), or the paint bucket. You could also create a layer underneath that which is yellow, and use the drop tool (I think that's it) one where the toliet is to make semi-transparent.
