not always SEX, is the response of knowing if she loves you or not. Doing nice things for her can be helpful too, Love can be expressed in many other different ways besides sex. If you tell her you love her or she tells you..... bang you just expressed love in different way. Unless you really wanna have sex with her then thats a different story. If you're ready and she isn't, and you really love her, wait for her until she is ready, I mean.. it might change before marriage, most likely, if she really loves you, it will. (of course that doesn't mean that she won't if she really doesn't love you) So, if you love her, give it time, you'll take it for granted if you get it too fast anyways.

Yeah sex is def not the only way to show affection.
There are many things a man can do, including things that amy be deemd erotic but can just be nice and simple. A nice gesture of a pinch or a nice little rub on the lower back can do wonders for girls ^^!
