try stumble upon, its a toolbar like the google toolbar except that when you click "stumble" it takes you to a random site from the categories you say you are interested in. It's a great way to find new sites!

You can also share any website by clicking "share" and putting it in the appropriate directory. It's brought my sites roughly 40 visitors in the last month, so not too bad considering they're neiche sites.

I love StumbleUpon and I am addicted to it, I have as of yet submitted 3 pages to it and I will keep on doing so if I find some cool new pages!

I also like Stumble Apon, since I just found one of the coolest pages that I've always been looking for....

It's kinda like a search engine crossed with one of thse hit exchange programs. What I love about ti is its a great way to find sites that you would never have thought of searchign for before!
