Hi, since I created my website http://www.chicletedesign.trap17.com/ I couldn't manage to log on it... whenever I try to log in by Flashfxp I get this error:
[R] Connecting to Trap17.com -> DNS=ftp.chicletedesign.trap17.com IP=64.69.46.210 PORT=21
[R] Connection failed (Connection timed out)

And when I try to log in to my cpanel http://www.chicleted...ap17.com/cpanel I can't connect to it.

However, my installation has been successfull and the URL itself seems to be working... Thanks in advance!

this post explains why no one cannot get into the cpanel.

I would say it has to be the ftp client I know I can get into mine with no problems. From what I mention in my shout download smartftp and you should be able to connect from there.

The fact it, I used to have an web hosting at trap17 and I could connect to it using it.
And I might not have been very specific, but I had read this topic about cpanel before however I'm not even being able to open cpanel website and not a log in problem... It seems like it doesn't exists...

Your hosting exists. Check gamma.xisto.com/~your_cpanel_id/

The reason I'm giving you this format is you have not specified your URL.

I was able to see your default index page.

your account is back up now, just to let you know gamma.xisto.com/~your_cpanel_id/ is the temporary url to acess your site if your domain is not resolved, (your_cpanel_id means your cpanel username)

What's ISP? IP?

When I try to enter http://gamma.xisto.c...your_cpanel_id/ editing the url with my account it gives "Wrong Page - Lost File" and when I try to connect to cpanel via the http://69.50.188.18/cpanel it gives a 404 error...

1) gamma.xisto.com/~(insert your cpanel user ID here)
2) you are using the old and WRONG IP address that you typed above.

The new IP is 64.69.46.210. But better yet, use your sub-domain.trap17.com/cpanel for bettter access.

Now I could enter "1) gamma.xisto.com/~(insert your cpanel user ID here)" I was not using the ~...
About that IP, I was using the one I received at my e-mail adress... and even with this new IP, I can't access the website not even using my subdomain... It tries to connect however it fails... Not a 404 error... it just can't connect...
