i have question once i get hosting here will my music request site work on your hosting

well as long as your not hosting illegal MP3's everything should work fine. What file types will you be using?

I will be using mp3 files and not wave files.

Regardless of what file you are using, be they pictures or music files (mp3s, mp4s, wav, wmv) [no limited to the aforementioned], you must have express permission from all the authors of the files to use them in the intended manner; you must not infringe copyright laws either. Apart from that, you are free to use them.

It should work as long as you don't use ASP because that only works on Windows servers. If you have PHP and MySQL though then it should work fine. It all depends on what type of coding you are using.

so the answer to your question (summing up what everyone else has said) is..
yes you can hosting a music site as long as if you are hosting music you have express permission from the record company or author.
