Simple but nice. But to serious stuff:
1. I like the difference beetwen teh blue and white. But maybe you should think about making some graphic divider that would easy it a bit? Maybe a lline with a shadow... Maybe a gradient... Maybe a few lines from tougher to tiner - from blue to white... Try working with it.
2. The titles of the pages... First thing - change the font. Comic Sans (or whatever you use - it looks like comic sans) is only for making a pge look like made by a kid. Or for making pages for kids. Secont thing - drop the italics. Leave it a normal font.
3. The round picture of the clock (maybe on the city hall) is nice. Maybe you should make a border around it? or smooth the edges, make it more sharp - it's a small image, so you don't have to care about the size of the file.

Aside that... Nice. Maybe too little text... But i like that you categorised everything licely.
Hope to be helpfull :(

Thanks for your answer guys.
I am happy you find my layout easy to navigate. I like too make sites simple. I am a bit freak about usability. I mean i do not want to loose time trying to imagine where or how can i find some information. Do you really considered simple as a bad quality for a site? Don't you think one of the best things of for example google is its simple but effective interface?

Answering michaleq:
- The round picture of the clock is one of the simbols of the city. I like your idea about the borders. I am not very good with images and graphics design but i willl work on it soon.
- You are right I used Comic Sans. i thought it look nice. The potential site visitors are not kids so maybe i should change that.

Thanks for your feedback again
