PRISTINA, Serbia - A U.N. envoy on Friday unveiled his long-awaited plan for Kosovo, a proposal recommending internationally supervised statehood for the contested province where separatists fought a bloody war with Serbia in the late 1990s.

Many of you might know have heard about htis, but today the un proposed kosovo some rights and seperation from serbia. In my opinion, kosovo should have gotten full independence after what happened in 1999. But hopefully this will lead to it. I am from this country so it is a special day
for us.
