Direct MP3 Joiner

This thing here is seriously a waste of time, what it does? It just joins MP3s and nothing else, you can even do that with a open-source and free software like Audacity, but the only thing is that Audacity is a little bit complicated than this. This software is 7 year olds who can read English, differentiate buttons and then just want to merge MP3s together. The interface is damn simple and you actually don't need to even look as the main application screen is moderately smaller in size than most of the MP3 editing softwares.

One feature that is even worth mentioning id that you can add mute spaces between 2 songs and that's it. And the other thing is that it's size is way small, only like 2 MB but 2 MB just for merging MP3s when with 10 MB (Audacity) you can do MANY more things.

Bottom-line, this thing is pretty much useless and it really destroys the new reputation of Giveawayoftheday.com as it is they are just offering useless softwares for free and I was shocked to see the official price as 19.95$ which is just not right. 20$ or approx. 1000 Rs. just for merging some MP3s which can even be done with freewares, man, the creators of this software should rethink about the whole plan to develop a software like this.

I don't recommend your software, you'll just waste your bandwidth and time.

Instead: If you were fascinated by the whole concept of merging MP3s, go grab Audacity, Google it for their official SourceForge.net web-page.

some may enjoy the simple interface and barebones features though, so this may still be helpful for some -- as long as the work which it needs to do can be done without any hitches. ;) yes there are more functional apps floating around like audacity to do the same tasks (and more!), but let's not begrudge anyone who would like to work with Direct Mp3 Joiner who may opt to use it just for basic tasks. as for the price, i'd agree i will not splurge that kind of amount for this... but hey, it's FREE for now. ;)

I have a question: Can it split Mp3s too? Because if that's the case, it might be a slight bit [more?] useful. It'd help with those full-album mp3s you sometimes find...

Well.....if you were a music pirate, that is. But we don't condone that.
