i like the overall idea of the layout but you should choose to colors i see you are trying to make a bright layout but at the same time you want it to be try dark pink so it is not to bright and it will blend nice with a dark background that is my opinion.

im sorry to say, but i dont think this is good at all. the banner is ugly, and doesnt match, and the background is juust....uglier. try again
