I want to start a banner exchange & link exchange site. Can someone suggest me the best and cheapest software for that ?

You could always just make a page, and post people's banners and links on it, or if you have an invision power board, you can use a topsites mod.

Otherwise here are some programs.

Thank you for your response. But I want software to rum a complete banner exchange and link exchange site not a script to promote my site banner. Please guide me anyone.
