Yes I have thinking to create a english version but I have no help
I spend hours on croatian but If I find somone who will want to work on english version then it will be an english version

There are good software to translate websites, if you need help with that contact me.

The Portal design is good as well as style sheet and scrollbat.

Nice... Very nice... As for a portal... No - even besides that, the layout is great! It looks professionaly, you can clearly say that you're still on the same site. The colours are well chosen... Maybe you should use the orange more often, because the site is little sleepy, and boring. Put some colours, and the content will be exposed in a better way.

Oh... I see you use mambo... Maybe the orange is from there.... Hmm... I think it fits there so well, that you should think about bringing orange to your page...

But aside teh orange afection ( ) i like the site very, very much... Hope the content is good also, because i can't read croatian
