As the title reads, Many Universities enroll many Master Candidates abroad every year. But few Universities does to Doctor Candidates.
How to apply it? And I have got my Master degree now. Can I apply a University in USA, or other countries?
Can you tell me the requisition? GRE?Toefle?......
My major is Logistics System Modelling and Simulation.
Which University has the major alike? Does it enroll Doctor Candidates?
