This is going to be a short review just due to the fact if you used or seen what HDDlife software does, this is exactly the same thing, but the best part about this software is that there are more options and detail then HDDlife which I like. As for accuracy I call that in the air because HHDLife is got me in the 80% range while Hard Drive Inspector got me at the 100%. Worth the download yes it is because it gives plenty of detail on your hardware and so if you need to have it replaced then you will know what parts to get without the need to tear your computer apart. Also I believe this software can worth for both Desktops and notebooks, but not to sure so if you are using a PC download it and let me know if it works or not.

I have HDDLife for my PC and I downloaded this software for my notebook today. I like them both but this one better as SM said. I seem to have problems activating the program though so I'll only have it for the 14 day trial. It has me at 100% and doesn't have a death date for my hard drive yet which is good. Hopefully if something goes wrong with my hard drive it will catch it but it'd be even better if I never have to find out whether it works or not. It's nice that it monitors the temperature because sometimes this thing gets pretty hot. I'd recommend this to anyone who thinks of getting it.
