This is going to be short and sweet, both programs are horrible, Prevx cut off my internet connection after installing this program and so that went bye bye, and tank commander I don't know where to begin. First the file is huge (like over 400 MB), when trying to installing this program it wipe out a Gig of RAM in a matter of seconds, and when I finally got this game going the controls are buggy and froze quite a few times. I usually give good reviews but these two programs are worthless in every way possible after messing with them for a few minutes I deleted them just as fast. Prevx looked promising, but with the yearly license and the fact it cut off my internet I wouldn't recommend any of these programs free or pay.
