I have a hasting from here and the websites http://xgames.trap17.com/index and when i try to login ftp or admin on my site it says wrong password please help me admins.

1. Important Announcement: EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!! All [HOSTED] Members are hereby requested to update the Cpanel Username SETTING in their profiles. ( This is a new setting that has been added ). Click HERE to set it or Go to http://www.trap17.com/forums/index.php?act=UserCP&CODE=01.
Type Cpanel Username
Username for your hosting account. ( must be filled after member is given a hosting account ). Warning : If you set this field incorrectly after getting your hosting account, Your account will be automatically Terminated. [ 8 CHARS MAXIMUM - NO NUMBER
2. Your username @ forum must be equal to cpanel username at least 5 char.

YOUR FTP account settings might be wrong ?
Sometimes people misuse trap17.com for their host instead of domain.trap17.com
Your ftp username is the same as the cpanel's one as so is the password.
