no you can't use <target="_blank"> attribute
You can use <target="_blank"> attribute if you have code on your site!

but if you serve ads through iframe or with banner rotator you cant use this option if is not included before.

Is there any default argument or atribute for the BODY tag or something so that all the links appear in new window.. but that would also cause other links to open in NEW WINDOW! The best is USe [SHIFT] whicle clicking. That opens up the links in new window.
