Registry Easy

This is a GREAT tool, which not only fixes just about ALL errors in your registry, it also comes with a LOAD of other neat utilities to speed up your PC and make it freshened again. (See pic).

Anyone else tried this out? What will you rate it?

I give 5/5 - Simply marvellous

Funny I had almost 3000 of my own and I clean my registry on a weekly basis, so that tells me that registry cleaning software is the most useless form of software of there. The other tools I don't mind because I have them in various other software and what not. Although I should get rid of the advance system optimizer I got on my computer since I don't even use it any more. Its good soft to have if you haven't tried anything else, but like it was mentioned on GATD they have offered many of these programs.

I wouldn't be sure about such a thing. Be sure what these things call errors are errors. Imagine installing something that works like HijackThis.exe but only does that without the the kind warnings that we get from Hijack This. That thing will be a disaster.
WHat happened? I don't see the link anymore, what was the name of the tool again? Where can I get it?

To be quite honest, I have a bit of a funny feeling about Registry Cleaning programs.
I have used quite a few of them (Even so called 'professional' ones), and all of them have one thing in common: they promise you heavn on earth and deliver nothing.

How many times I have seen things advertised like: 'Your computer is running slowly, clean your registry', 'Your registry might have errors, clean them now and do your PC a favour', or, 'Keep your computer running smoothly, clean up your registry now'.

While it is true that a fault in the regiostry can cause problems with your PC, it is also true that the fault has to be diagnosed and fixed rpoperly in order to get thing sback up and running again.
The latter thing is something that Registry Cleaners do not seem to do.
I have often cleaned up my registry, and the program told me I had a certain number of errors, and when, after having seen they were all corrected, I ran the program again, I had roughly the same amount of errors again.
Or, when, after cleaning the registry with one program, I ran a different one, and there I got an enormous amount of registry errors again.

The best one is, after cleaning my registry, I never see any difference/improvement in the way my PC runs.

So, if anyone can recommend a Registry Cleaner that really does the job, fell free to let me know.
