i really want to know about how can i get freespace+MySQL+PHP from this site,
i just want to make a travelling site aboute somewhere that i love.
.....please tell me, i am waiting for reply...

Be an active member, get a few good posts, go to the request hosting board, post a request for hosting

I think what EricDrinkard is trying to say is 'Remain active in the forums after you have received hosting, so that your account doesn't get deleted'.

EricDrinkard, it's kind of annoying and hard to read when you capitalize the first letter of _every_ word.
