I just tried to log in into my cpanel, but my pass does not work anymore.
Yesterday I had no problems logging in and I haven't changed it myself.
Can I reset my pass somehow?
my domain is http://www.ancient-armada.com

For those who are experiencing issues, are you trying to access it through cpanel or FTP. Is FTP connecting fine but just cpanel via web browser?
Are you seeing the security alert pop-up message or do you not any more? If you do see a security alert message, are you clicking on YES? If you have typed in username and password, what's the next screen that you're seeing that is described as "error" in this case?
Please report back with more details.

Then the asked "Do you want to proceed"
2. I answered yes
then the login appeaedr filled with my username/password
3. when click "ok" the login page appear with my id but empty password
4. filling the passport and ok
5. repeat the situation as in (3) and (4) without end

Although our forum provides a universal cpanel login for your hosting, members are advised to access by typing:
your-domain.ext/cpanel
Another reason why the screen can show only the blank white page is that your firewall may be blocking back request. Try accessing your cpanel with firewall disabled and see if you are successful. The reason I asked for FTP method is that when FTP is able to log you in but cpanel could not, this tells me that your browser security setting is interfering with the proper login session. Please enter your-domain.ext as TRUSTED site (under your browser's option) and also try it with your firewall disabled (for the time being).
This will eliminate if the whole hosting accounts are affected or just accounts that are trying to access with the firewall guard on.
Let me know how you guys are doing.

Tried all that, but still nothing.
It keeps asking for username and password on cpanel and FTP, on the link here and my domains cpanel.
Where can i find certificates in Firefox?

The same situation in case of ftp or c/panel without firewall or security.

Guys, I realize that you are incredibly busy, but could you answer some questions?
What is going to happen?
Is there any hope that our passwords will be recovered?
Is it easier (faster) to change them for 10 credits?
If they will be restored - how much time will it take?
Thank you. I really need access to the cpanel the sooner the better.

Please visit http://www.xistosupport.com and submit your own ticket. By entering or registering with your own information you can track your progress/reply.
I have tried to help Horus' situation but at my end I have done all I could. But seems like it did not resolve. Please submit to server tech and perhaps they might be able to assist you better.
Thank you.

For Firefox users just because you save your password on the firefox it won't stay there, if you delete your cookies or after a certain amount of time (usually 2 weeks) it will require you to type it in again to verify its still you on the same computer, as I have done this plenty of times for my email, and accessing my trap17 account.
Although I haven't been on that much for awhile I would say there could have been some down time, but that is only a guess for the FTP problems. Also don't memorize your passwords because you can usually make mistakes when typing them, thats why its good to have them around somewhere, or if your memory is good make sure to type your password slowly so not to make any mistakes with it.

If we are ALL having this problem it's not due to a firewall, or a browser problem. Even more so when I can not login through FTP using my Macs built in FTP or Transmit, can't login to CPanel and MySQL isn't logging into the datebase at all.

Be sure to include all your account information such as: cpanel username, hosting URL, server name (gamma) etc.
At this point I have no clue to what would be the actual problem since I haven't received any replies as well.
