2- Go to following address:

3- Create a new String Value and name it as Flags , then give it value of 127
4- Now Go to following address:

5- Create a new String Value and name it as Flags , then give it value of 3
6- Create a new String Value and name it as WindosEffect, then give it value of 3
7- Close Windows Registry Editor and restart your Computer.
After restarting computer, if you press any key on keyboard, your keyboard will not work.

Note: to restore to first, delete created entries.
Note2: Incorrectly editing the registry may damage your system. First create a backup registry.
