I have found a site that registers free domains with DNS controls, URL Redirection, and site builders.

They are pretty cool with the ability to point your domain to nameservers but the amount of DNS controls is limited. There is one small and very small catch.

You have to put a small banner on your homepage and all of your subdomain homepages. Also, your site must have 10 hits every 3 months. Well there you guys go!

I haven't got that banner on any of my pages, and they're still there after a couple of months

Lawl! I've put the banner on the bottom of my latest site to avoid deletion. I'm good I am.

The main downfall with UNI.CC is the time it takes for the domain to set up to the nameservers. It takes around 3 hours on avrage and that ain't good if you're trying to set up a website fast. And then there's the fact that you can't change your password. They give you a password which you can't remember and expect you to supply it every time you login to the website. Other than that, the features are OK. I haven't used them for long but I'd say they're probably the best free domain provider around.

I discovered UNI.CC yesterday and it seems to be good, apart from the banner.
Theres a free Url Redirection without banners for these domains:

info.se, webb.se, 2u.se, foo.se, priv.se, sajt.org, swe.name, sub.name,
inc.se, clan.pro, team.pro, dagbok.org, sverige.biz, se.nu.

The sites with subdomains are the ones with an extra name in the back after your own name right?

I have never found sites that are free for that because they all want you to buy something first!

This site is pretty awesome right now!

Bravenet.com is a free hosting website but is has popups and ads on the top ad bottom of page. It gets pretty annoying thats why I only use to test my templates....

Freewebs.com is a great web host but u cant have ur own domain which sucks of course!
