I'm trying to create an approved free host at http://www.trap17.co...ate_account.htm
The host I'm trying to create and which have been approved are: hagebyhemdata.trap17.com,
with the username on max 8 chars(hagebyhd) and the password I choosed for my webhost account.
Now when i try to submit my request it gives me this:
Processing.. Please wait!. Do not hit RELOAD or BACK..
Username Validated.
Connecting to Database...
Database Connection Established.
Validating username and password..
INVALID USERNAME AND PASSWORD!
I have cdouble checked the username and password so its the same,
as i filled out in the application form, but it's still not valid.
Thanks for your time and help!

How many times did the attempt happen?
If it failed on the first try, for some reason, it might have gotten to the point in the script where the sub-domain name was inserted into the Database, but the account is not yet fully installed, so subsequent attempts will fail, because the sub-domain already exists.
The Admins will need to clear that entry to make it available to you.
Patience, please, until they can get to this problem.
Not sure how long that will be.
Might try an email to http://xistosupport.com to see if that helps. supply as much information as you can, including a link to this Forum Topic.

Thanks for your reply!
I did try submiting the form a couple of times
after failing the first time.
Probably I'd entered some chars in the password wrong in the hurry.
And as you said, jlhaslip, the entery is already in the database, which
why it say when I retry: "invalid username and password"
I've sent a mail to sales@computinghost.com for a eight hours ago,
about this, and I waiting for a reply.

Just to cover all basis:
first section asks for your FORUM username and password. The second section asks for your CPANEL username and password.
Now that it's clear, if your forum password contains special characters other than alphanumeric it will be rejected. It's the Process script error. OpaQue is working on the version 2 of the Process page.
So, here is what you can do: change your forum password to something only alphanumeric. Then activate your hosting account. And then change your forum password to the original or something other without any restriction.
If you are having problems, you can PM me your desired information and I can activate your hosting for you.

Computinghost cleared the entery and I've made a new attempt creating the host, now successfully!
Now I am a happy free host owner!
