It would appear you don't actually own the domain name you are trying to use, chandioz.com. I ran a whois command on the domain, and got the following:
rob@rob-laptop:~$ whois chandioz.com
Whois Server Version 2.0
Domain names in the .com and .net domains can now be registered
with many different competing registrars. Go to http://www.internic.net
for detailed information.
No match for "CHANDIOZ.COM".
>>> Last update of whois database: Sat, 27 Oct 2007 09:15:59 UTC <<<
You need to make sure you own that domain and point it to the DNS here at Trap17. To buy the domain I suggest going to Computing Host Domains (run by the same people as Trap17) and buying the domain you want to use.

Free hosting only includes a subdomain, which is something in the form of http://usernamehere.trap17.com/
When you filled your application out you put chandioz.com as the domain. Trap17 doesn't register the domain for you, and presumes that if you don't ask for a subdomain, that you own the domain you are trying to use. You don't actually own that domain, so when you try to access it in a web browser, it has no idea it should point to your hosting account. You need to buy the domain and set the DNS for the domain to Trap17. Only then will it work.

I'll flag this thread up for one of the admins to take a look at. Also, you could try sending an email to support[at]xisto<dot>com and explaining your situation. They should be able to set up the subdomain for you.

Members can and should use the self-help page (a.k.a. Process Page) and do many things, such as change your domain/sub-domain name of your hosting account.
Please visit the process page and complete the request. This will cost your hosting credits. Please watch your spelling.
Thank you.
