The Subdomain Of The Subdomain Non-accessible? [resolved]

Hello!
Just these days I noted that my subdomain of the subdomain (http://csn3t.trap17.com/ - the subdomain, http://tuneitup.csn3t.trap17.com/ - the non-working one) is non-accessible - it shows that my account is suspended. But it isn't! I could even manage it through the CPanel, but it has no sense.

Please, let me know if I broke some hosting rule :)

There have been problem with peoples accounts getting suspended, I reported your topic for the admin to look into; however, since its the subdomain itself and not your whole site I would believe that you have to delete the subdomain and then set it back up again. Like I said though it could be part of the problems members have been having last few days.

Maybe it's the problem my account got suspended few times, couse I stood inactive. However, it's now ok, with 8-9 hosting credits. Maybe after the automated process the system leave the suspend thing on the subdomain.

I've noticed I have a .htaccess file in the site dir, which contains this: 
RedirectMatch .* http://xisto.com/suspended.page/
Options -Includes -Indexes -ExecCGI

Can I safely remove it :)

Try it and see if that fixes the problem (I am thinking that it will).

Should that fail, submit a ticket to www.xistosupport.com.

yes, remove it. that will most likely solve your problem. i have been following the suspended accounts closely and this usually solves the problem

Yup! Just clear the content inside that .htaccess file :-) it will be fixed.
