Smart Install Maker.
This is a great program. I'm a developer and have been looking for a cheap way to make an installer. So when I downloaded this and ran it, I was impressed, it has some very neat features. I definitly suggest it for anyone even thinking about needing an installer. I think it is even worth the normal $80 and definitly worth the free download.

Yeah, I've been using Clickteam Install Creator but this is much better. Giveawayoftheday.com is a really good site.
Coincidentially, I've been using Clickteam Install Creator too! I would have installed this new one, but unfortunately I missed it.

Two options for mid-skill programmaers are:
1. Nullsoft Scriptable Install System
2. Inno Setup
Both are very powerful tools to make installers. The first one supports MSI files, but is a bit harder to learn its language. Inno Setup is easy to learn, is fully documented, but doesn't supports MSI files.
Both are free software. Nullsoft Install System is Open Source Software. Inno Setup is Free Software, but no OSS.
